Jerusalem is a city in the Middle East located in the country of Palestine but also under occupation of Israel. It is located on a plateau in the Judaean Mountains between the Mediterranean and the Dead Sea. Jerusalem is surrounded by valleys(wadis) and Mountains including the Mount of Olives.
